Red Threads

Telling good stories, getting to the heart of complex issues, and ideally entertaining people while doing so — that's always been my thing.

First as a class clown. Then as a journalist, playwright, and dramaturge. Now as a consultant, ghostwriter, and speaker for clients in the cultural, commercial, and public sectors.

What used to be my biggest liability has become my sharpest edge: the improbable combination of stage and boardroom, narrative and strategy, character and AI.

I never wanted to be the person who nods along. I'd rather be the one who asks the question everyone's been avoiding. The guy who translates diffuse ideas into clear strategy. Dramaturgy + text production

A big museum is undergoing a major transformation. All permanent exhibitions are being completely redesigned. I am supporting the development of all exhibitions in terms of content and language. The goal: to create an experience for all age groups in which characters come to life, stories have lasting appeal, and where no one gets bored and starts looking at their cell phone.

Hybrid communication with ai

An federal-level innovation department wants to test how generative AI can change communication work—as a potential basis for a hybrid workforce. Together, we are developing and rolling out a pilot to figure out what works, what doesn't, and where the tech's limits are.

the Cleantech-Brand

A young Swiss cleantech company possesses groundbreaking technology, but lacks a clear narrative to communicate its message. Together with my team, I develop the brand narrative and communication strategy—from the founders' story to investor presentations. What began with two employees is now a global company with around 100 employees and a worldwide client base.

Transformation + marketing

On behalf of a large Swiss agency, I am responsible for marketing communications for one of the country's most major urban development projects. A complex stakeholder landscape, political sensitivity, a neighborhood being built from scratch for thousands of people. My job: tying together the threads and weaving them into compelling stories that build trust—across all channels and target groups.

Micro-climate sensor project

For almost three years, I coordinated an international pilot project under a public-private partnership: over 100 sensors for measuring the microclimate were installed in communities in Switzerland, Germany, and France. From this pilot, a commercial product was developed that is now a core part of one of the participating companies' portfolios. My role: project coordination across countries, partners, and disciplines.

Keynotes on topics such as digitalization and sustainability, smart cities, and the influence of AI on the world of work and daily life. Moderation of panels and workshops. Complex content, diverse audience. My goal: to present technically challenging topics in a way that entertains and conveys to people how these topics relate to their own lives.

Directing AI

In my training sessions and workshops, I show you how the principles of theatre can substantially improve your collaboration with AI. Beyond common prompting tips, you will learn how roles, scenes, conflicts, and staging can fundamentally change how you think and work with AI.
